You agree to first contact us directly in case of a dispute. Failure to do so before pursuing legal action breaches this Agreement. If litigation arises, you agree to pay our legal fees. You waive jury trial rights. Disputes shall be governed by laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and exclusively resolved in courts located in Camden County, New Jersey.
10. General Terms
"You" explicitly excludes HomeSource, Inc., Centerspec, their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives.
Agreement headings are for convenience only.
We may assign our rights or delegate our duties under this Agreement; you may not assign or delegate yours.
If any term is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
Failure by us to enforce terms does not waive our right to later enforce them.
11. Agreement Updates
Effective as of October 17, 2017. We reserve the right to revise this Agreement without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through email or website notification. This Agreement supersedes previous agreements, oral or written.
12. Shipping & Delivery
The Royal Green Appliance Companies provides local delivery services primarily using our own fleet of trucks within the New York Tri-State area. In certain cases, we may utilize third-party delivery partners to complete deliveries based on routing, availability, or service needs.
Delivery fees start at $99 and may vary depending on a range of factors, including but not limited to:
Product size or weight
Delivery location (e.g., deliveries into New York City typically start at $150)
Building type or access restrictions (e.g., walk-ups, high-rises, etc.)
Special handling or installation requirements
Use of third-party delivery services
Delivery quotes are not automatically calculated at checkout. Please contact your sales associate directly to receive an accurate delivery fee based on your order and location. All delivery charges will be confirmed with you prior to scheduling.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery rates and availability at any time based on operational capacity, routing, or service coverage.
